Rozhľadňa is the highest peak of the Zemplín Hills, tucked away in dense forest and largely undiscovered by outside visitors. It's a spot for hikers who value quiet trails and untouched nature over crowded viewpoints.

The summit is thickly wooded, so panoramic views are limited to a few select spots, mostly facing the Slanské vrchy range, which stretches all the way into Hungary. On clear days you might spot the distant Vihorlat Mountains, and occasionally even the Carpathian peaks across the border in Ukraine. The forested character gives the whole area a peaceful, almost secretive atmosphere — especially striking in autumn colors or the fresh green of spring.

On the northern slope, the Veľkotŕňanský stream has its source, flowing south toward the Roňava, while on the eastern side the little Ošva river begins its journey through the village of Kašov before turning south to join the Bodrog. These quiet streams add a nice natural touch to an already tranquil hillside.
