Bukowina Obidowska is a quiet, scenic peak in the western Gorce Mountains, rising above three charming villages: Obidowa, Klikuszowa and Nowy Targ. It's the kind of place where forest silence meets open meadows with sweeping views — perfect for a peaceful hike away from the crowds.

The summit is mostly forested, but several meadows along its ridge and slopes — Matyjówka, Polana Łapsowa Wyżna, Dziaciowa and Rożnowa — open up beautiful panoramas over the surrounding valleys and mountain ranges. In spring and summer the meadows are full of greenery and birdsong, in autumn the beech forests turn golden, and in winter the area offers a snowy, quiet retreat far from busy trails. Some of the meadows feature small roadside shrines, adding a homely, rural charm to the landscape.
