Sitting between Łysocina to the west and Bielec to the east, the peak forms part of the northern section of Lasocki Grzbiet. The whole massif is blanketed in forest, giving it an intimate, slightly mysterious feel throughout the year. In spring and summer the woods are lush and green, autumn brings a warm palette of colours, and winter transforms the trails into a wonderfully hushed, snow-covered retreat. Underfoot you walk on metamorphic rocks — gneisses and mica schists — characteristic of the eastern mantle of the Karkonosze granite.
